Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the NeverMiss website and the NeverMiss AI receptionist service. By using the site or signing up for the service, you agree to them.

The service

NeverMiss provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment-booking service for home-service businesses. The assistant answers in your business's name, captures caller details, and books appointments into your connected calendar. It is an AI system: it identifies itself honestly if asked, does not quote repair prices or give technical diagnoses, and directs life-safety emergencies (like gas leaks) to 911.

Plans & billing

• Monthly: $149 one-time setup plus $399/month, month-to-month. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Annual: $3,990 per year, paid up front, with the setup fee waived.

14-day booked-job guarantee

New monthly clients don't pay their first monthly fee until the service has booked a genuine customer appointment within the first 14 days of going live. If it hasn't, the monthly fee is waived until it does or you cancel. The setup fee covers configuration work already performed and is non-refundable once setup is complete.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business info (hours, service area, fees) so the assistant answers correctly.
• Forward your calls to your NeverMiss line and keep your connected calendar current.
• Use the service lawfully — including any call-recording notices your state requires for your own customers.

Service limits

We aim for continuous availability but depend on third-party telephony, AI, and scheduling providers; brief interruptions can occur. The assistant handles calls with care but may occasionally mishear or misroute — we log calls so anything missed can be caught and corrected. NeverMiss is not an emergency answering service and must not be relied on for life-safety dispatch. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
